Our mission is to engage in action, education, and advocacy that challenges the status quo and ensures the dignity of every Arvadan who has been marginalized.

Community Outreach Action Team (COAT)
Supporting a city taskforce, educating Arvadans on social justice issues and Arvada history, and promoting workplace education.
Education Action Team (EAT)
Working with local educators and PTA’s regarding curriculum, equity, and student success data.
Policing Action Team (PAT)
Reform of juvenile criminal system, researching policing practices, and making data more transparent.
